Once upon a time, a contaminated no man’s land known as the American backyard was off limits to dog owners and their kids… until Sgt. Poopers Conservation Rangers set out to recover that lost territory for the benefit of families everywhere. For the past 17 years, we have built a strong close-knit team that removes problem germs and odors and brings the pride as Park Rangers for the American Backyard!®

Pioneering companies like SpaceX brought the job of astronaut into the private sector for the first time. We’re doing the same with park rangers. A ranger is a person who manages or looks after a park, forest, or area of countryside. What do park rangers really do? They clean up trash, litter and pet waste from trails and campgrounds. In addition to parks, we service commercial and residential properties. Our business is conservation and the urban environment is our forest floor. Our services include:

• Pet Waste Removal

• Disinfection

• Deodorizing

• Paper/Plastic Litter Cleanup

• Dog Waste Station Maintenance

• Dog Urine Grass Spot Repair

Job Responsibilities

• Drive company truck to client homes using GPS

• Work outdoors 5–10 minutes per property, multiple stops per day

• Safely and thoroughly remove pet waste or paper/plastic litter

• Disinfect and deodorize yards using company protocols

• Record each completed job in company app

• Maintain clean uniform and follow safety standards

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid Texas driver’s license + clean driving record (last 5 years)

• Must pass background and drug screening

• Can handle continuous walking and moving

• Can carry up to 28 pounds all day

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather — heat, cold, rain

• Comfortable driving in Dallas

• Obey all traffic lays

• Comfortable around dogs (owners with aggressive pets must confirm dogs are inside before we go in)

• Own a smartphone

• Be detail oriented — we clean every yard 100% perfectly

• Dependable, responsible and loves dogs

Details About the Job

• Work is quick, quiet, non-toxic, and dust free

• Service Area: Greater Dallas

• We provide branded shirts and jackets, and rain gear

• You provide ranger-green work pants, brown leather belt, brown/tan high-topped tactical, hiking or work boots, rubber rain boots.

• Must have a clean uniform to start each day
